This quadrennial conference of the International Society for Nubian Studies draws together archaeologists, historians, anthropologists and scholars working on the cultural heritage of ancient and modern Nubia, Egypt and Sudan.
The 15th International Nubian Conference is held at the University of Warsaw, 50 years from the first conference organised by Prof. Kazimierz Michałowski in 1972.
