Registration for the 15th International Conference for Nubian Studies is now closed.
Conference fees
We are happy to announce that we were able to keep the conference fee on the level of the previous one, i.e. 120 euros for scholars, with a reduced fee for students (pre-PhD) at 75 euros. Participants from Sudan and Egypt are exempted from payment.
Payment by PayU will be available on the website by clicking the button “pay now” from June 20th.

Onsite payment by cash (Euros) or credit card (in Polish Zloty) will also be available at a registration desk. The online payment system is, however, the fastest and easiest method to pay your registration fee and we recommend you use this method.
Travel to Poland
If you will require a visa to travel to Poland, we strongly recommend applying as soon as is practical. Letters attesting to your attendance at the conference may be obtained on request by sending an email to nubianstudies2022@uw.edu.pl. These letters are for visa purposes only and do not imply acceptance of abstracts or travel funding.
