Travel to Poland

If you will require a visa to travel to Poland, we strongly recommend applying as soon as is practical. Letters attesting to your attendance at the conference may be obtained on request by sending an email to nubianstudies2022@uw.edu.pl. These letters are for visa purposes only and do not imply acceptance of abstracts or travel funding.

Information for Sudan residents on how to apply for visa can be found on https://www.netherlandsworldwide.nl/countries/sudan/travel/applying-for-a-short-stay-schengen-visa

Information on the visa application process through the Polish consulate in Cairo can be found on Visas – general information – Poland in Egypt – Gov.pl website
